Important Return Policy Details
30-Day Window: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Proof of Purchase: We require a Receipt, Order Number, or Customer Name. If we cannot locate your name in our system, a receipt or order number will be required.
Resellable Condition: All items must be in original condition with tags attached and show no signs of wear or damage.
Shipping Information
Return Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We suggest shipping USPS ground advantage for the best rates.
- Original shipping fees are refundable upon approval of the return.
Tracking: For items over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges: Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
